BELLINGHAM: The second annual steampunk festival from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 13, at the Fairhaven Village Green will include music, food, merchants and readings by local authors in the genre. The event is officially called The Fantastical Mr. Flip‘s Carnival of Wonders and Curiosities.
